ABC FAMILY KIDS’ ACTION/ADVENTURE LINE-UP OFFERS EXTRA HELPINGS OF POPULAR SERIES OVER THE THANKSGIVING WEEKEND SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 30 AND SUNDAY, DECEMBER 1 (7:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M., ET/PT)

BURBANK, November 22, 2002 . . . During the Thanksgiving weekend, the popular series “Power Rangers: Wild Force,” “Best of Power Rangers,” “Beyblade,” “Tokyo Pig,” “Galidor: Defenders of the Outer Dimension” and “Medabots” will be presented in double servings with back-to-back imaginative storylines centered on family, friends and plenty of food, on ABC Family kids’ action/adventure line-up. The two-morning marathon airs SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 30 and SUNDAY, DECEMBER 1 (7:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., ET/PT).

Saturday, November 30

• “Medabots” -- in an episode entitled Dance With the Mantis (7:00 a.m., ET/PT), a Robobattle against praying mantis Medabot Mantaprey upsets Ikki, Metabee and Karin’s plans to enjoy the fine buffet at a school event. In Eat Drink Man Medabot (7:30 a.m., ET/PT), a big, burly Medafighter named Kareem unexpectedly shows up on Ikki’s doorstep with a ravenous appetite.
• “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers” (8:00 a.m., ET/PT) - In Rita’s Pita, Rita Repulsa has a recipe for evil when she commands the Ravenator monster to invade Tommy’s food. In the “Power Rangers: Turbo” episode Trouble By the Slice (8:30 a.m., ET/PT), Mad Mike the Pizza Chef monster attacks the team.
• “Power Rangers: Wild Force” - In Ancient Awakening (9:00 a.m., ET/PT), a mysterious emblem found in a cave has the Rangers and the Org fighting for it. Alyssa reveals emblem's secret and discovers a new Wild Zord - the Elephant. In The Wings of Animaria (9:30 a.m., ET/PT), Nayzor is resurrected, stronger than ever. In battle, Cole unleashes his new weapon, the Falcon Summoner, while the Rangers combine to unveil a new Megazord -- the Isis Megazord.
• “Beyblade” - In Going for the Gold (10:00 a.m., ET/PT), friends and teammates Tyson, Kenny, Max, Kai and Ray -- the Bladebreakers -- make it to the Asian Tournament. In A Score to Settle (10:30 a.m., ET/PT), former best friends Ray and Lee rekindle their old hometown grievances during the final match of the Asian Beyblade Tournament.
• “Galidor: Defenders of the Outer Dimension” - In an episode entitled State of the Art (11:00 a.m., ET/PT), Nick and his fellow adventurers encounter the villainous Bala in his hi-tech ship, the Halon Streaker. In The Great Glinch Switch (11:30 a.m., ET/PT), Nick passes his glinch energy to his best friend Allegra so the tyrant Gorm doesn’t get it along with the Egg and Key Fragments.

Sunday, December 1

• “Medabots” - In Welcome to Ninja World (7:00 a.m., ET/PT), friends Ikki, Metabee, Erika and Brass spend a day together at a popular theme park, Ninja World, but things take a sinister turn. In the Pixies and Pirates episode (7:30 a.m., ET/PT), Ikki and Koji meet a new friend named Coconut during Team Japan’s first official World Championship Robattle.
• “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers” - In Food Fight (8:00 a.m., ET/PT), a food fight in Angel Grove prompts Rita to bring out the Pig Monster. On “Power Rangers In Space” episode Survival of the Silver (8:30 a.m., ET/PT), an old friend from the past, Zane, returns.
• “Power Rangers: Wild Force” - In Reinforcements from the Future, Part 1 (9:00 a.m., ET/PT), old friends the Time Force Rangers team up with the Wild Force Rangers in this two-part episode. In Reinforcements from the Future, Part 2 (9:30 a.m., ET/PT), the Time Force Rangers team up with Wild Force to fight three Mutorgs from the future.
• “Beyblade” - In Viva Las Vegas (10:00 a.m., ET/PT), the Bladebreakers team has to pull together to beat the Savage Slammers if they have any hopes of advancing in the American Tournament. In the episode My Way or the Highway (10:30 a.m., ET/PT), too much feasting forces an ill Tyson to withdraw from the semi-finals of the American Tournament.
• “Tokyo Pig” - In the brand new episode entitled Dad’s the Worst Cook in the World (11:00 a.m., ET/PT), Spencer is forced to eat his father’s terrible cooking when his mom wins a weekend vacation. So with the help of Sunny, Spencer dreams up a way to derail his mother’s trip and bring her back home. In the episode entitled A Bitter Fruit (11:30 a.m., ET/PT), Spencer reaches into the refrigerator for a banana and is transported with Sunny to Fruit-Land (inside the refrigerator) where he overhears the evil strawberries’ secret plan to make their fellow fruit less edible.
